Participation Terms

Submitting an Application

Your application must be sent to KhalilulinBS@tatneft.tatar

The application must be submitted on the Applicant's official letterhead, signed by an authorized representative and sealed, indicating the applicant's full name, legal status, country of incorporation, and bank details.

Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.

Receiving the Technical Specifications

After receiving the application, the participant will receive the technical specifications to the specified email address.

Tender Proposal Format

Tender proposals are submitted as electronic files in PDF format, duplicated in Excel format, and archived in RAR format.

Files must be password-protected with at least 8 characters.

Proposal Submission Deadline

Proposals must be submitted within 10 business days of the publication date in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper, but no later than 6:00 PM local time on the 10th business day.

Late proposals will not be considered.
