Oriented on making people closer

The inclusive "Wings of Friendship: EU x Turkmenistan" run will take place in Ashgabat on April 11, timed to Europe Day celebrations. The event is organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of Turkmenistan, and the Ashgabat City Hall, with the support of the Run-Rush public movement.

Participation and Registration

The race is open to everyone—both trained athletes and outdoor enthusiasts.

Locations: Hiroo Ashgabat (9th microdistrict) Veterinary store (150 Magtymguly Avenue). Documents: Identification document required upon registration.

Participation of Minors

Children under 16 are only allowed to participate in the 2 km distance. Participation is only possible if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Distances and Program

Prizes and additional sports activities are available for participants of all ages.

Purpose and Significance

As the organizers note, the "Wings of Friendship" race combines a sports program with the goals of strengthening community ties and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The event will become a significant fixture on the city's agenda, uniting people, ideas, and energy in a spirit of friendship and cooperation.
