The PJSC Tatneft branch in Turkmenistan announces tender No. 2026/24 for the provision of a bulldozer and crew. The tender is conducted in Turkmen manat.

Terms of participation

To participate in the tender, please submit an application to KhalilulinBS@tatneft.tatar.

The application must be submitted on the bidder's official letterhead, addressed to the branch manager, signed by an authorized representative, and sealed.

The application must include:

• the participant's full name,

• legal status,

• country of registration,

• business details.

Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions will not be accepted.

After submitting an application, the participant will be sent a technical specification to the email address provided.

Tender Bid Requirements

The tender bid must be:

• submitted as electronic files in PDF format with a duplicate in Excel format;

• archived in RAR format;

• password protected (at least 8 characters).

Submission Deadline

The tender offer must be submitted within 10 (ten) business days from the date of its official publication in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper, but no later than 6:00 PM local time on the 10th business day.

Bid period: April 30 to May 13, 2026.

Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
