Oriented on making people closer

From 20 to 24 January 2026, the Indian Film Festival will take place in Ashgabat. The event will be held at the “Ashgabat” Cinema on the initiative of the Embassy of India in Turkmenistan.

According to reports, within the framework of the festival, audiences will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the best examples of Indian cinema and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of India’s national film art. The program includes screenings of feature films of various genres.

Admission to the film screenings is open to everyone.

The Indian Film Festival is aimed at promoting cultural dialogue and strengthening humanitarian ties between Turkmenistan and India.
